Meet Christine Pham

Christine Pham is a San Francisco native with over 10 years of litigation experience. Her background in litigation and knowledge of California family law, combined with her creative legal strategies and sincere compassion for her clients, has made her a recognized and trusted name in and around the Bay Area.

Christine focuses her practice on helping families and couples in a range of family law and family formation matters, including child custody and support, spousal support (alimony), dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separation, division of property, and assisted reproduction.

Believing that justice should be accessible to everyone, Christine uses her involvement with the Bar Association of San Francisco to provide pro bono legal services to clients who otherwise cannot afford legal representation. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, Committee on Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and Committee on Embryo Disposition.

Prior to opening Entrust Legal, Christine worked as a litigation attorney where she represented and advised national and regional securities broker-dealers, investment advisors and their employees in securities and employment related matters in litigation, arbitration, regulatory proceedings involving SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory agencies, and disciplinary and enforcement proceedings.

Christine’s dedication to her clients is reflected in the testimonials they give her. As one client wrote, “I am very grateful to have had Christine as my attorney in this difficult time. She is always reliable and knows exactly what she is doing. Her calm assertiveness was exactly what I needed in helping my case. I would recommend her to anyone, I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney.”
